FAQs

How much kombucha should you drink per day?

As much as you want. There’s no limit!

Is it non-alcoholic?

Short answer: Yes!

Long answer: The yeast and bacteria fermentation naturally produce a small amount of alcohol but it’s the same amount as in non-alcoholic beer (less than 0.5%).

Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?

Free deliveries for orders over €20! On other orders a delivery charge between €4.00 - €7.00 depending on your location. We will call or message you before to set up a delivery time for you.

How long does it take ?

We’re sure you’re eager to taste your potions. The witch is brewing you the freshest, most delicious kombucha.

This takes 4 to 7 business days as the potions are freshly made on order.

Does it have sugar?

Short answer: Yes, less than in a glass of orange juice. But the probiotic and acetic acid benefits offset sugar concerns!

Long answer: The tea base that becomes kombucha starts off with sugar, but while it’s fermenting the naturally-occurring bacteria and yeast break down the sugar to produce probiotics and acetic acid (which gives it that tangy kombucha taste!).

Is it gluten free?

Yes it is!

Why should I care about probiotics?

Your gut already has some naturally occurring bacteria that help you to digest your food. It’s also where a lot of your body’s immune system cells live. By ingesting probiotic foods, you’re diversifying your internal floral, helping with anything from digestion to immunity and even metabolism.

How long does it stay good for once I open the bottle?

Because our kombucha is unpasteurised, whether you open the bottle or not it’s good for up to 3 weeks in the fridge. After that point it’s not ‘bad’, however it may grow a layer of probiotics on top - all totally edible but the texture is a little weird so you can also remove it if you choose.
